Kuala Lumpur

I arrived at 10:45 in Kuala Lumpur. I met Henrike a German at the airport in Krabi, so we decided to stay and explore the city together.

We slept nearby Chinatown, so the first walk was into. It is really busy and a lot of stuff to buy, more or less original...

We saw some dirty and poor areas by walking around.

I Asia they not looking after there garbage and the dirt, because of this most rivers and areas in big city's are not as beautiful as they could be.

I found a huge dounut, was delicious.

In the evening we were pretty tried, nothing special happens.
At the second day we got a ticket for the hop-on and hop-off bus, easiest way to get around.

We saw lots of different things some skyscrapers, museums, opera and mosque.

We found an orchid garden. It is small but definitely beautiful.

One stop was the palace. The bus waited for 5 minutes, we missed it... So we had to wait :D

Of course we stop at the Petronas Twim Towers, really impressive.

There is a park with some fountains and water everywhere, similar to Dubai.

The last stop for us was the KL Tower. You have to see it but not so nice if you don't go up.

Afternoon was a little bit shopping at central market. I was the only one who bought something ;D

Going to a roof top bar was the plan for the evening. When we walked out of our hostel it starts raining... The Heli Lounge Bar we went was really nice and not to expensive.

The view is normally really pretty, but we were unlucky...

Finally we had luck it stopped raining and we could go up to the roof top, which was a former helicopter landing strip. Awesome view!!!

After this breathtaking view we went again to the Twin Towers. It looks beautiful with the fountains in front.

Yesterday we had full moon. So guys at the full moon party, I hope you enjoyed it and had a lot of fun ;P

Kuala Lumpur was great to discover with Henrike!
Next stop Bali. I'm going to see my buddy Bernd again :D Really looking forward to this ;)

Cheers Steffen

Goodbye Thailand!

The journey to Koh Phi Phi wasn't really comfortable. I traveled with two guys from the hostel and met a Belgium guy, we had enough fun on our way to cover the disadvantages. The bus was jumping around and it was to hot. On the otherside the ferry was to cold and loud, first children than young women -.-
Still smokey and dizzy...

We had different Hostel so time to split up. In the evening I lucky bumped into them. The night was nice and short, because we all were so tired we went to sleep early.

The "sleep" was kind of special. I had a guy from Bangkok in my room, who went partying the night long, came back really wasted and totally disoriented. He was speaking some wirred stuff, my name and always sorry but it made really no sense... Than he get up about 10 times and shaking his feed... So strange this guy -.-
I got up early and met Mathias the guy from Belgium, we got up to some great viewpoints and walked into the jungle, it was really an adventure. Ee found a beach without tourist, GREAT! The only bad thing was small jellyfishes, but we survived ;P We had great 3,5h in the jungle and walked over 12km :D It seems something never change, the smoke... Stupid Indonesians -.-

To give you a feeling how it is to walk due the jungle:

In the afternoon we met some friends von Mat. We walked around to find a great beach, but there was none. So we had to enjoy the time with some searching and talking ;)

In the end we found one we could accept.

They had a scooter accident the day before. I looks worse than it is, no worse injuries
In the evening we watched a fire show and some tourists beating each other only for a bucket of alcohol...

Yesterday we booked a boat to discover a small island and some beaches. Finally we had luck the sun was back :D

We saw a lots of nice places and also did some snorkeling, crystal clear water :P

We went to the monkey beach, too. Unfortunately one of us had to feel why you not touch a monkey...

This was my last activity on Phi Phi. I got to Krabi to stay there for one night to catch my flight at next morning to Kuala Lumpur. The hostel was big, even their lockers :P

Lucky I met my two Swedish friends from Phangan. We had a great evening. I finished my trip in Thailand with a massage :D

Thailand is a great country, if you ever have the chance to go there than GOOOOOO!!! I met great people and had awesome experience, Thanks guys!!!

Next stop Kuala Lumpur.

Cheers Steffen
